Jessica Stevens brings over 17 years of in-house and search firm experience to the team. Jessica is a strategic leader with broad-based business acumen and expertise across a diverse spectrum of sectors including restaurants, retail, support center, energy, and logistics. She is well-versed in all aspects of executive search including proactive and confidential search strategy, market strategy, creative candidate sourcing, candidate generation, client management, and offer negotiations. The consultative approach she uses has propelled her success and solidified strong long-term relationships. Jessica has advised on C-suite talent transitions, diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI), and talent strategy.

Jessica started her career leading food and beverage operations for the Four Seasons Resorts after graduating with a master’s degree from the University of Houston, Conrad N Hilton College of Hotel & Restaurant Management. In 2006, Jessica joined Energy Recruiters search firm. Over the next 10 years, Jessica managed the entire recruitment function, along with creating, developing, and maintaining long-term business relationships with officers and senior executives. Jessica accepted a position with Pilot Company in 2017, where she was able to utilize her expertise to attract elevated talent to achieve long term business success. Her continued accomplishments at Pilot Company earned her the position of Director of Talent Acquisition, leading all recruitment efforts. In August 2020, Jessica re-joined Energy Recruiters as a talent advisor and executive search consultant.
