Responsibilities
Responsible for transportation of fuel in the Washington market
Oversee a team of drivers and dispatchers
Set and maintain KPI’s to achieve safety and profitability goals
Oversee equipment utilization and employees
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees
Strong emphasis on maintaining safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
3+ years of transportation management experience
Current fuel transportation experience preferably in the retail fueling space
P&L experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
