Energy Recruiters has been engaged to support one of the nation's leading energy marketers in their search for a Leader of their Northeast Division. In this role, you will lead a Team of sales and support personnel in their mission to be a supplier of choice in the Northeast/New England marketplace.

Responsibilities
P&L accountability for the sales of unbranded and branded refined product across multiple customer channels (e.g., rack FOB, delivered business, and structured products across retail, commercial, industrial, government, etc.)
Develop, lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing Team of professionals
Maximize profitable sales margins and customer service/reliability through the daily optimization of contracts, spot opportunities, owned inventory, and trading/exchange agreements.
Provides day to day servant leadership in the interaction of sales, supply, operations, and administration
Develop, execute, and refine strategies/business plans to open new markets, acquire new customers, and increase share of wallet with existing customers.
Accurately predict changes in revenue, margins, expenses, supply, gallons, resources, and competitive environment.
Design and presentation of market strategies, annual budget plans and monthly sales performance.
Requirements
Demonstrated record of accomplishments as a Leader, performance manager, and business developer in refined products marketing
Expert knowledge and experience in transportation fuels sales, marketing, supply, and risk management
Extensive industry involvement and excellent relationships with customers, suppliers, and other counterparties
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Bachelors Degree required
