Responsibilities
Training of all foodservice employees on processes and procedures
Provide leadership and commitment to growing the foodservice program
Manage new product development processes
Focuses on building a culture of Teamwork, Efficiency, and Vision
Brings new ideas, concepts, and execution to the foodservice program
Identifies and executes initiatives for growth, and reinvestment
Designs and implements Corporate Safety initiatives to increase safety in all aspects of job
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of current foodservice management in convenience retail
Experience with Marketing development and implementation
Highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence
Significant exposure to retail and foodservice operations management, marketing, and merchandising
Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire
Expert technology skills and Microsoft Office products.
