Our client, a growing Lubricants Distributer in the upper Midwest is seeking an Outside Sales Representative focusing on industrial lubricants. The position will cover the Quad Cities area down the I-74 Corridor. This position is responsible for growing new and renewal business within a well-established territory. This role is focused on increasing income and revenue, building relationships, expanding customer bases, and proudly representing our brand(s).

Responsibilities
Create and implement a sales strategy that enables you to meet personal sales goals.
Daily outreach to customers and prospective customers to build and maintain relationships.
Communicate with all current and potential customers on a regular basis, providing solutions as needed, and overseeing all sales activity in assigned sales territory.
Coordinate with other team members and leaders to generate sales and provide excellent customer service.
Meet and exceed target sales goals monthly.
Develop and deliver reports regarding territory prospects and sales potential on a regular basis using different platforms as required by team leaders.
Always demonstrate and display company core values to positively represent the company to all potential and current customers.
Maintain and expand client base within assigned territory while reaching desired profitability levels within preferred HD, Commercial, PCO, and Industrial Lubrication Sales
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year school (university or college) preferred, not required
5+ years relevant experience, with a preferred focus on outside sales in heavy duty, commercial, or industrial accounts
Preferred experience in the oil and gas industry
Strong experience using all Microsoft Office programs
Ability to calculate interest, discounts, mark-ups, and margins
