Responsibilities
Lead a team of Regional Managers and Territory Sales Reps in the sales of branded fuel to convenience retail
Create a successful culture that effectively executes vision and goals.
Accountable to the leadership team and holds team accountable for results.
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Identify, track, monitor new and existing growth opportunities and improve and lead forecasting and trend analysis.
Drive the development of sales forecasting, strategies, and set appropriate metrics for on-going sales management.
Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations
Requirements
5+ years of management experience leading a fuel sales team
Recent experience with branded fuel and working with independent dealers
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word/Excel, e-mail and Internet.
Proven success with developing strong relationships with existing customers while gaining new accounts. Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire.
Ability to work independently with effective time management skills.
Polished communication and presentation skills.
