Energy Recruiters has partnered with a leading regional petroleum marketer to support their search for a Sales Manager in the Midwest.

 

Compensation

Based on Experience

 

Location

Can be based in Minneapolis MN, Dubuque IA, or the Quad Cities

 

Responsibilities

Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the fuel/lubricant sales team.

Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.

Working with the team on business development goals.

Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.

 

Requirements

5+ years of experience managing a fuel or lubricants sales team of territory sales reps

Current experience in the fuel/lubricants industry

Knowledge of retail fuels is a plus

P&L experience

Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Proficient computer skills
