Responsibilities
Provide leadership regarding the overall success and management of the fuel/lubricant sales team.
Formulate and monitor Sales Rep objectives, strategies, and action plans to ensure a strategy is developed to achieve budgeted volumes and gross profit margin objectives.
Working with the team on business development goals.
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees.
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing a fuel or lubricants sales team of territory sales reps
Current experience in the fuel/lubricants industry
Knowledge of retail fuels is a plus
P&L experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
