Our client, a national petroleum marketer that has been providing petroleum products all across the country for over 60 years, is seeking a strong business leader for their fuel & lubricant distribution business in Colorado.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales and operations of the Colorado business unit
Oversee a fleet of 15-20 trucks (bobtails and lube trucks)
Set and maintain KPI’s to achieve safety and profitability goals
Motivate and manage team performance
Maintain staffing levels by maintaining and hiring qualified employees
Strong emphasis on maintaining safety procedures and regulations
Requirements
5+ years of experience in operations and sales management of fuel and lubricants
Mobile fueling experience is a plus
P&L experience
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Proficient computer skills
