Responsibilities
Provide leadership and commitment for the convenience retail industry with direct responsibility for 12-15 stores.
Hire, develop, and support Store Managers and Customer Service Reps to maximize fuel, non-fuel sales and operational excellence.
Brings new ideas and concepts to reduce operational expenses, increase non-fuel income, and increase technological efficiencies.
Identifies and executes initiatives for growth and reinvestment.
Designs and implements Corporate Safety initiatives to increase safety in all aspects of job.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of Convenience Retail Experience.
Previous experience overseeing multiple locations.
Foodservice experience is a plus.
Experience with Marketing development and implementation.
Highest level of integrity, energy, and intelligence.
Significant exposure to retail and foodservice operations management, marketing, merchandising, and IT/MIS.
Ability to build Teams, motivate, mentor, and inspire.
